I think it is good, but using XD card................................. Also most Kodak DC have problem after the warranty expired ! So if you buy this model, suggest you buy the extended warranty !! (Fortress provide this service !)

I remember that the longest shutter for LS755 is only up to 2 seconds ! So I don't think it is good for night shoot ! But Kodak have a quite good control on the noise ! So think about whether you should choose this model or not !

When comparing the quality of photos, many people in this forum attach great importance to night view photos. But when you open your photo album and count the no. of photos taken in daytime and nightime, you will notice that perhaps you have choose a wrong focus.

I think Fuji F10 is better than Kodak LS755 or Casio Z55...if you want low noise and good photo quality
Fuji F10 have Super CCD 5,the noise in iso 800 is lower than other dc at iso 400
