小弟岩岩聽完一個講座....講者話: DSLR相機既色深(Color Depth)...對相既質素十分重要?
請問有冇高人教下小弟?.......請問有冇高人知道一般的DSLR相機..如 d70, 350d 300d 的 色深(Color Depth) 有幾多lei?

雖 然 我 唔 係 高 人 ﹐ 不 過 都 講 下 我 的 理 解 。
一 般 講 色 深 ﹐ 應 該 係 指 sensor可 以 分 別 到 個 顏 色 的 深 度 ﹐ 即 係 顏 色 的 寬 闊 度 甘 解 。
如 果 分 別 得 越 闊 ﹐ 色 彩 的 層 次 感 亦 越 好 ﹐ 越 靚 ﹐ 越 有 立 體 感 。
所 以 好 多 時 用 家 都 會 有 RGB(或 sRGB)轉 用 Adobe RGB。 因 為 Adobe RGB的 色 彩 寬 闊 度 強 好 多 。 色 彩 還 原 亦 好 好 多 。

If I'm not mistaken, color depth is similar to color depth in computer.
That is the no. of bits used to store the color information of a pixel.
i.e., 16-bit can store about 65535 variations of color,
32-bit can store 4294967296 variations of color.
However, for most case, the default setting is 16-bit color in JPEG, that's why people uses RAW format to get ALL info from the CCD BEFORE conversion to JPEG.

sRGB, adobe RGB are color space, that is the range of color represented by the file. Adobe RGB is a wider one than sRGB.

Note: Most DCs uses sRGB as default, some prosumer DC (e.g. Minolta A1/2) can be set to use adobe RGB.
