In the menu of 350D, there is an option of 閃燈補償; no such feature on 300D. I have both cameras.
I am consider to buy a flash, either 420ex or 580ex. Hope friends can give some ideas.

先說聲非常多謝, 差点兒就因為閃燈設定, 就中了Canon計, 而upgrade to 350D, but now no need la.

If you use 300D, the only way to use flash exposure compensation is to set it externally on 550ex or 580ex. Refer to the user manual of 550ex. Use the mode button and then + and - buttons to adjust FEC.

HOW TO SET FEC
first crack your 300D
then press "jump" button
"FEC" appears at the LCD panel
use dial to adjust the compensation in + or -1/3 increments.
