135mm f2L is a very fast and good lens.

I think you should consider to keep both!

Ha ha, I don't have the 70-200mm f2.8. But I think tht 135 f2 plus 1.4x extender (= 180-190mm) may substitute the zoom lens. What do you think? I love the wide aperture, and the extender can add versatility, though this is a prime lens.
