Because I found original setting is too dark and sharpness. Can I set on camera? How about use HIGH ISO can get more clear picture?

Use higher ISO only when light is not enough since it gives you more noise.
Setting "Auto ISO" to "on" will do that for you. For image enhancement, refer to D70s manual p.56 to 58.

You can use the Exposure Compensation (+/-) +0.3 or +0.7 to get a bright images.

Also you can use the "Sharp" setting in "Optimizing Images" menu or set the Sharpening to +1 or +2 to get a sharp images.
