It seems even 1 series body can get dust from lens using a push-pull zooming design, like 100-400. Not sure if it is correct.

Yes I know its weather-proof. But when you zoom out with the 100-400 it will suck in air into the lens, and when you zoom in air is forced out of the lens, some thinks that this will blow some dust into the camera body.

I have this lens but have to change lens frequently so can't tell if this theory is correct.

自己會盡量平放 (不過連埋機身會好啃位)
一般宜鏡頭向下, 因為如果鏡頭太重又放在機身上面容易使個mount 負荷太大
