Hiya,

Please give me some advice on purchasing a good digital camera. I need to buy a DC for travelling and I like taking night pictures.

I've heard that CANON A95 doesn't perform well in night mode, is it true? Does it suffer from noise? Is KonicaMinolta Z20 or Z5 a better choice in taking more professional night pictures?

I've also heard that Z5 doesn't perform well under high ISO and seems to suffer from serious noise, is it true? Any comment on its night pictures?

Any experience to share regarding the above 3 models please?

My friend have a KM Z20, the noise is really high in high ISO. For my opinion, all 3 DC is not so good. However, what is your budget?

All 3 not good? Oh no!
My budget is around HK$3k. Of course the cheaper the happier lah.
Actually I'm a new learner in photography but I'd like to get a DC with MANUAL functions plus with good performance esp. at night.
Which DC you advise me to buy then?
