Of course it can be used on 300D, don't worry. The only problem is the so call 200mm, in fact, I believ e its only 150-160... but photo quality is OK.

If need true 18-200mmm, only Tamron 18-200mm can give you. Otherwise, go for the Sigma 18-125mm. It's c/p value is higher than Sigma 18-200mm (actual 18-160mm only 35mm difference).

18時有黑角 - S18-200 & S18-125 problem
200時不足 - Agreed about 150mm.
200時不清晰 - Acceptable quality but ensure no handshaking with small aperture at 200mm.
顏色極黃 - Both S18-200 & S18-125 problem (No issue for RAW file capture)

S18-XXX is for convenience, NOT for quality. We just use money to focal lenght.

S18-125 + HK$6xx = S18-200 (extra 25-35mm)
S18-125 + HK$1xxx = T18-200 (extra 75mm)

I brought S18-200 to macau, it is really good len to travel.
