Canon EOS Focusing & Recomposite

What focusing point & methods will you usually use? I normall use these methods:

1. use center focus point > focus lock > recompose > take the shot.

2. compose > select focus points > take the shot.

For 1., when I take portrait at f2.8, I will focus the eye of the target person, recompose and take shot. But sometime more chance the focus will be on the background af f2.8??? Don't know why?? Althougt the success rate of correct focus is quite high when using method 2, but it takes time to select the focus and that why I prefer and get used to method 1.

Can any "high hand" advise, how to use correctly the method 1 (use center focus point > focus lock > recompose > take shots) for EOS.

focus 個 range 太細啦~
(尤其是近攝, 越近個sharp個越少, 呢點用過全手動鏡的人會知 )
雖然你轉左少少.
但已經 out out 地個 focus range啦~

唔信的, 你試下在地上放一個呼啦圈
腳架放在呼啦圈的正中間~
focus 左, 部機點轉都無問題~
但放側D,
部機轉轉下就 out focus~

收細光圈到 f8 甚至 f11.
其實呢個method 只係以前單點AF 時用的,
現在善用 7, 9 怎至4X 點 AF
