In conclusion to those very limited amount of available photo samples in the internet, I think the colour is the kind of natural but soft, not like other brands which are very rich, sharp and eye-catching. If you need it's 24mm angle it is one of the very few choices in the market and it is the cheapest, though the dark corners are obvious. In this regard Sony R1 does a much better job. Noise control is as weak as most compact DCs.

I haven't held the real P880 camera yet but I held the P850 and found it is comfortable in my palm and all the buttons are just fine in its place. I believe the P880 will give me a similar feeling.

Yes! i have the same feeling about this, but i think you can tune to your liking, but dark corner? and noise?.. I am not expert, can Alvin tell us more about this? Thanks!
And I love the size of the P850, not sure how big is a P880. Hope it's not as big as a DSLR.

其實我未用勻部機，果日我一買左就急不及待拎出去拍拍拍（冇辦法，一拎部機上手已經好有衝動兼有靈感，咁就唔理咁多一個人衝出街，拎住部P880好生疏地影左第一輯相）。

最強烈既感覺係轉focus ring同zoom ring時既感覺好好，尤其focus ring鬆緊度剛剛好（FZ30太鬆）。不過嫌佢細左D，手柄位同鏡頭距離太近，擰focus ring時會擦到右手手指，?機時要就一就。

24mm廣角亦係一個好吸引既地方，而且鏡頭質素高，去到最tele (140mm)時都仍然好sharp：

RAW格式, 140mm, 612dpi, 100% size留意model頭髮同腮下既幼毛(出賣左個女同事)

JPG, 140mm, f4.1, 230dpi, 100% size

最初以為廣角+細CCD景深表現會好差，但原來都ok：

24mm桶狀變形一定有，但不嚴重，至於人地話有黑角我就唔多覺，估計同個遮光罩有關：

24mm, ISO400

廣角色散都有，但可接受（唔好忘記用緊f2.8），最起碼比佢貴成倍既R1都有呢個問題。ISO 200既noise control都唔差，400就開始多noise，不過一定好過Panasonic LX-1：

24mm, ISO400, f2.8, 100% size

另外呢部機支援B快門（個spec錯左），我係舖頭試機時hold左超過1分鐘個shutter都仲開緊，不過佢最細光圈得f8，要充分發揮既話建議你買多塊ND4同ND8 filter。

跟機送花罩一個，但由於呢部係24mm，為避免黑角個花罩做得比較短，導致鏡頭離罩口近。你錫部機的話建議你買多塊52mm UV長時間保護(我已經係咁)，但買果陣要試清楚，UV個環太粗可能會做成黑角(呢支係24mm鏡呀)。

手動對焦時個畫面會局部放大，不過在LCD上仍然睇唔清楚，建議你地用[MF assists AF]功能，即係自動對焦為主，但out-focus又或者對唔到焦時又可以轉focus ring fine-tune。
