Canon 75-300 USM f4-5.6

I want to upgrade the tele lens
Canon EF 70-300mm f/4.5-5.6 DO IS USM or
Canon EF 70-300mm f/4.0-5.6 IS USM or
Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L USM
which one should I buy?

70-300 DO IS : small and sharp, but expensive
70-200 IS: cheaper (compared to the DO lens)
70-200/4L: the best optics among the above

It depends on your need.

I use 70-300 IS USM before. 70 mm side excellent but towards 300mm a bit soft. I guess DO is better !?

Oops, my typo mistake! How can a 70-200 IS cheaper than the 70-300 DO?

Since you have the EF75-300/4.5-5.6, I don't think that 70-300 IS is a major upgrade.

The DO lens at 300mm is sharp.

If you don't mind the bigger size of 70-200/4, it will be a better choice. And you can also get a EF1.4x on it.
