我多數Set P mode, Natural+ (color +1 and sharpness+1), 9點對焦 and 重點測光。

Agree with kingkonghk. Why don't U read the manual? Read and try, and U will then understand your camera. Everyone has his/her own preference on setting. There's no strict rule.
