In terms of photo quality, really NO difference, for the same lens, 20D & 350D are identical, u cannot really tell the difference. For 30D, my 1st impression is it's CMOS (or firmware inside the camera) produces LESS noise than 20D & 350D.

A60, I suppose that the best person to reply you would be the one who have 20D, 20Da and 30D at the same time. Certainly, only few people have them at the same time. It's good for some people to provide you a reply based on their other DSLR's experience. But some others may not want to do so.

I've 20D (sold, due to loud mirror sound), & 350D (in Canon CS, broken, >_<), many friends of mine have 30D, they produced very noise free photos from shooting RAW, I've not tried this. But I am now busy playing with Sony R1, so no mood to try 30D.
