if the spec. above is true, then it's very disappointed. it could only be 350d, d50 killer

Why say so? the spec is pretty nice. A entry-level DSLR with 10MP, but it can use Zeiss!!
Don't worry, this is only the first wave. The second and third wave will be coming! There must be another 30D and D70S killer!

Zeiss released 2 planer *T fix lens for nikon mount already. take a look at zeiss website =p
so alpha sounds not that very special as Sony wants to capture 20% DSLR user by this first camera. at least no FF haha...

not sure whether it is true.. too many speculations at the moment.
the ture will be out in couple of weeks.
the above specs looks okie for me who planning to get a DSLR
pple who have DSLR always said the lens are far more important then the body....
