Put the DSLR in plastic bag with seal. The moisture mainly will condense at plastic bag instead of the DSLR. Then wait until the temperature of DSLR is same as outside. The time depends on the difference of temperature and your hand can feel the DSLR is no longer cold against outside temperature.

If you worry that the lens / DSLR get mold after using at rainy day. Can put them near 40w light bulb for half hour. Let the heat gradually evaporate the moisture. But don't put too close, around 15 inch is okay, and occasionally turn DSLR to other side
