Use distil water. Dip some distil water with a lens paper (can buy it in camera shop), blow the lens with blower to ensure no dust is sticked on the lens, clean the lens in circular motion lighly, dry it with a lens cloth in light circular motion. Blow the lens with blower again to make sure it is dry completely.
