I just bought F30. When I play with it a home, I could see a tiny small white spot on LCD which moves from 1 point to another (but alway the same 2 locations) as I press the shutter to lock focus.

I've checked and the CCD should be okay.

Went back to the shop and he Salesman told me that this should be a "hot pixel". I do no know what is a "hot pixel", but would like to know whether this will increase after say using the camera for a year or so?

I called Fujifile Technical Service but they did not answer my question. Do I need to change for another one?

影完o個一刻lcd見有白點好正常, 因為未做nr, play返張相出來就會冇左, 呢d情況多數o係夜景mode出現, 或者高iso

thanks for your advice. I have seen your F30 photos and they are marvellous.

Actually, the white spot could been seen on the LCD whenever I switch on the camera and pointing it against dark background. It moves when I half press the shutter and then back to the original spot. It is there even at ISO100.

Just now I tried the video mode in a dark room and do a play back; I could not see the white spot on the LCD when viewing in playback mode.

I have been trying out the F30 last evening and I like it. Just worry about these white specks on LCDs, other brands do not seem to have such problems, or maybe I have been lucky in the past.

另外, 向黑暗位取景時lcd有雪花係正常, 影完playback又係會冇事, 如果有強勁白點就唔正常
