而PENTAX 相機的DEPARTMENT主要收入來源係EURO同北美MARKET
亞洲就無乜人買PENTAX...
不過OVERALL來講就係相機DEPARTMENT唔曬再LOSS..., 而且開始有錢賺啦!!!!!

...With respect to the Imaging System Business, the sales of digital single-lens reflex
cameras showed a steady growth in the European and North American markets, and the sales
of compact digital cameras also increased mainly in the European market. As a result, the
net sales of the Imaging System Business as a whole amounted to 1,741 million yen (4.5%
increase from the comparable term in the previous year).
The operating income drastically
increased to 300 million yen (compared with a 1,075 million operating loss of the comparable
term in the previous year) because of increased sales and decreased cost. :good:

With respect to the Optical Component Business, the sales of laser scanning units for
printers and that of lenses for surveillance cameras in the security field remained steady. As
a result, the net sales of the Optical Component Business as a whole amounted to 6,851
million yen (3.4% increase from the comparable term in the previous year). Although the
production cost decreased in the micro-lens sector, etc., the unit selling prices of micro-lenses
decreased by more than the amount of decrease in cost. As a result, the operating income
amounted to 564 million yen (33.3% decrease from the comparable term in the previous
year)

10mp is good but pentax 6mp is very good picture
it is good that for example k100d can use with very old mount lens <no cpu> but with vibration reduce<sr>

i bought the k100d and already find a very old k mount lens <more than 16year> fix 28mm 3.5f can use <SR> mode take photo very good picture and traditional feel

yes, becuase you can enter the focal length to the camera...

so that the anti shake still work on those old lens...
