B 快門 - fully press shutter will start expose until shutter is release.
Other 快門 - fully press shutter will start expose for the specific duration eg 1/200 second

快門 are 1/30, 1/60, 1/100, 1/200 seconds
光圈 are 2.8, 4, 5.6, 8, 11, 16 the larger the number the smaller the aperture

P may be Program mode (not sure, may be specific to your model)
T may be Timer (not sure, may be specific to your model)
