They are no difference, except the label !
I have test the GP1600 and 2000mAh, the 2000mAh only have few minutes usage time longer. So don't waste your money to buy the higher one. I think they are maunfacturing in a same batch, just like CPU, a new 1.6G P4 can easily overclocked to 2.0G.
