Where D80 made from ? And the lens for kit set Ok ma?

Nikon D80 is Made in Thailand, Kit lens is made in china, Lens qualty is not good.

Nikon move some of the camera to Thailand since D70 series and it already prove that Nikon's QC is quite good at Thailand and China.

the body is made in thailand at the same time the kit lens is made from thailand. not made in china as i just have a look at my d80.

Hopefully, QC standard follows strictly Japan standard. Actually, no matter what Nikon said, there is some difference on QC standard. This is understood by most manufacturers.

I DON'T think Nikon's QC is quite good at Thailand and China. My D70 had problem of CF circult flashing, viewfinder not horizontal, AF not accurate & battery replacement. Nikon also suggested me to replace shutter components after 144xx counts.

Next time, I think D2X may come fron China. Good Luck.

有樣野請教, d80用轉mount影唔到相, 係咁話係冇鏡, menu又唔見有得解, d70係可以解到, 加轉mount冇鏡都照影, 而家迫人買f-mount鏡?

d70大約用了一年才發現問題,d80還未過頭七星期,說泰國製造的qc一樣好,真的言之尚早

我用f mount ---> m42 mount adaptor, 想用500mm反射俄鏡, d80 lock機唔俾影, menu冇得解鎖, 舊時架d70係影得到
