I found there are some quite different opinions about F100, some said it is v good but the other said the QC is terrible, buying it just like gambling!!

So it's time to do a little stat research. F100 users please reply by either 1)recommend buying, or
2)regret have bought

我有朋友都問我差唔多問題話「F100好唔好??」 .... 我覺得應改為「Ultra-Compact-Sized DC好唔好?」

1. Size細細的DC(MinoltaF100, CanonV3, SanyoMZ3,..) , 你諗下鏡頭都細過人啦, 質素始終唔夠大機(CanonG3, NikonCP5000/5700, Fuji602,...)

2. Ultra-Compact-Sized DC, 有齊P.A.S.M又用AA電又冇幾部

我都有D後悔買F100, 唔係話佢唔好, 而係我用Canon SLR應該買Canon G2/G3, 可以用番550EX可配Filter同PL. ......

以上只係我少少意見嘖 ...

I just bought a F100, I am satisfy with it's performance at this price.
The only bad things is that it really takes alot batt, and can't view photo without opening the lens.

I am the F100 user and as other said, I can't tell you it is good or bad ! I am a bit regret to buy the F100 since for indoor photos, it's performance is not good ! But at this size and 4 megapixels, seems F100 is the only choice ! I am a super beginner for DC and don't know how to set aperture and shutter ! But after I use F100 and see the photo difference on changing the setting, I feel really satisfy since it seems that I can control the photo quality ! If you don't want to learn take photo and don't need any manual function, I strongly suggest Canon V3 !

u can view photo without opening the lens!!

just rotate the function node fast enough to skip the auto and manual mode, then u can view photo withoout the lens opening!
