The filter has been adding volumes on the photos..any C Hings know what filter he is using ?

沒有filter可造成, 應該是2次曝光, 先正常拍,加1次out focus拍, 重疊做成.

第一張可能要三次曝光, 有沒有發現下面的建築物是清晰的, 所以用二次曝光,做成上面的效果再加多一次曝光把下面的建築物加入. 不過如果是數碼的話簡單地用ps合成就最快.
