Seriesly F100 is better to compare with S40 as they come out almost the same time ! Compare F100 to S45 seems a bit not fair ! But as other said, Water F100 only cost $2800 while S45 cost $3500 ! $700 difference, we are talking to different grade la ! Don't try to bull @!#$ and say it worths to pay $700 more to buy S45 ! If you think it worths, why don't you pay another $700 more to buy G2 !

I am a F100 owner and my cousin has a s45, and s45 is much better!
don't talk about the price and the look of the camera, all the others are better than F100.
