其實反光鏡鎖起真正長時間曝光作用唔算大, i.e. 幾秒以上.
因為震動實際影響相對輕微, 再唔係用黑咭都可以.

最有用係十來分一秒到兩三秒之間.

When you take photos with very slow shutter speed to pre-lock the mirror can reduce the vibration create by the mirror movement.

In normal photo taking the mirror move upward after you press the shutter release button and the shutter open after the mirror movement then vibration will be produce.

If you pre-lock the mirror, the shutter open when you press the shutter release button and no mirror movement because the mirror already moved upward but you can't see anything before you press the shutter release so you need to use tripod.

當使用慢快門拍攝的時候，預先鎖定反光鏡能夠減少由反光鏡做成的震蕩。

平時拍攝的時候反光鏡是在您按下快門之後升起，所以就能夠拍攝得到反光鏡升起時候所造成的震蕩。

如果您使用反光鏡預鎖，反光鏡會升起，當您按下快門綫的時候，只有快門會打開，而反光鏡已經預先升起了，所以不會有反光鏡造成震蕩的問題。

正如樓上所說，反光鏡升起大多在慢快門，但不是太慢的快門使用，否則震蕩變成微不足道了。

希望小弟正確的翻譯和説明，如果說錯了，請各位指教指教！

I know from Canon's document that Image Stabiliser len (with tripod detection function) on tripod can counter off the vibration created by mirror movement.
