D70 not design with vertical grip. Third brand grip is urgly, poor material, loose assemble on D70.

The grip has shutter button, but without half press focus lock / AEL function.

Connection is thru external cord at D70s cord remote socket, D70 is old and without this socket, so connection is thru infra red remote.
