Fotomax. You can ask them to reprint if you do not like the quality. I had been using their service for 4 months now and found no big problem so far.

Their charges are regional but many of the shops are at $1 each. I always go to the shop in 奧海城 or 國際都會. The most expansive one is in 沙田新城市廣場 at $1.7 each.
