Hi everyone, I want to take night photo at Tsim Sha Tsui on these few days (3/2 or 4/2). But I know that there's a 文化中心激光表演. Will the second floor near the Star Ferry closed ? If they close, I can't take night photo at there wor ! Please help me ! Thanks !

Thanks chanraymond3. But I want to take night shot for Wan Chai, so I probably stay in Tsim Sha Tsui to take photos ! I know that near the Star Ferry, the 2/F near the "Culture Centre" is the best place ! So I want to know whether they close it or not !
