Today I went to Wai Chi 298 to buy a rechargeable battery for my Nikon digital camera. I went into a shop called "Digital City Camera Company" at 1st Floor. I asked the shop owner for the battery suitable for my camera. Because there was only compatible rechargeable battery but not original Nikon brand, I asked for a question like if it is reliable or durable. But the shop owner became so annoyed and rude and he started to turn to serve the other customer. At the same time, there were another customer asking for buying a camera set. I would like to ask for one more question but the shop owner suddenly turned to me and said "I am not going to do business with you. Go away!". I was shocked by his reaction. Is that a battery is something just too cheap that I should deserve for such service?

At last, I turned to DC Career to buy the same battery with detail explanation of the battery from the shop owner. Lucky that we still have some people doing good businesses and services in Hong Kong.

I tried to talk with these 2 old guys b4. They are strange people but seems they sell at a slightly lower px than DC Career.

I don't even have a chance to compare the price. They don't do business for me.... woo..woo...

it sounds quite odd if the shop owner went mad all of a sudden. anyway, everyone should enjoy good service no matter how small the business is.

He didn't want to spend time on me for just a small deal. He only served those customers came to ask for expensive cameras. I understood he there could be some priority when doing businesses. I have been, in fact, waiting there for more than 10 minutes. I always waited until he was available but just seems that he didn't want to do business with me. In fact, the other question I asked is if I can take a look on the battery. Then he replied "all batteries are looked the same". Then, he felt annoyed and yell to me.
