Steps:
1. Set your cam in timer mode for 3 sec. & the cam to full manual mode
2. Go to the roof of a building.
3. Drop something
4. Measure the time
5. Press the shutter of your cam
6. Drop the cam
7. Take the memory card out
8. Trash the cam
9. See where is the picture being taken
10. Measure the distance between where the cam should be after 3 sec. & the place where the place being taken, you should be able to work out the shutter time lag.
