放咗部10D同300D都一段時間,好耐冇正式影相,好想入番新機,依家2nd hand 30D又同400D價錢相若,俾你地會點揀?

if u chase higher pixels, go 400D

If I were you, I would go for a 2nd hand 30D in good conditions.
I think pixels should not be a consideration, afterall if you always shoot photos in RAW format.

Nevertheless, if you always want to carry it around, 30D may be a bit heavy.
