but they will argue that 影風景相 quality is not the only thing

I was also considering G9 before buying fz18.

I tell you why I like fz18 over G9:

- faster continuous drive mode (this is very important to me, g9 is too slow)
- slower shutter speeds (60 vs 15 secs) probably not important to most people, but I rather have 60 than 15.

- wide angle ( 28 vs 35) this is really important to me.
- tele-macro mode: I dont know if g9 has anything like this: the fz18 can focus from 12x to 18x at just 1 meter distance, obtaining a very narrow DOF, I love it

- image stabilization: I think panasonic's got the best image stabilization in the market, specially on the FZ18.

- price (cheaper than g9)
- resolution: 12mp is way too much, and I dont feel like lowering the resolution in-camera (cropping the sensor area) or batch-resizing all my photos. 8 MP is too much already, only useful for re-cropping.

so basically, it was not the zoom that made me buy fz18 over g9, it was the continous drive, telemacro, wide angle, stabilized leica lens, and price.

我今日去過fortress睇
我發覺睇fz18同埋g9個mon
好明顯g9果d色係sharp好多
而fz18係無咁sharp
係因為個monitor既問題 ??
曬左出黎會唔會都係咁 ??

我考慮fz18既原因 都係因為佢有廣角鏡..g9無

唔知加廣角鏡要幾多錢呢 ?

DC仔唔值得加鏡，況且質素叫做好小小嘅都唔會平。
