信用卡 dimensions: 85mm x 54mm = 3.346" x 2.126"

An acceptable photo quality of a digital image should larger than 150 dots per inch (DPI). It is recommended over 200 DPI.

That means the width of the image must be 3.346 x 200 = 670 pixels and the height of the image should be 2.126 x 200 = 426 pixel. That is 670 x 426 pixels.
