At this price, I think Pentax 330GS "Water" is the only choice ! If you can pay $500-600 more, then Canon S30 or Minolta F100 is a really choice ! Actually Canon A40 is a good DC but it is only 2 megapixels !

MZ-3 is only a 2 megapixels DC ! Forget about using the software to upgrade it to 3 megapixels !
