Hi everyone, I just got my first DSLR which is the Nikon D40X. I also brought the Sigma 18-200 mm Lens, which is good for overall everyday travel purpose use. However i am looking to shoot some baby photos and portrait photos. I like it where the subject is in focus while the background is blurred. However, my current Sigma lens at 18 MM can only go to F3.5 So i need something with a larger Aperature. What would you all recommend? Any help would be greatly apprecitated.

It can be used manual focus on AF lens only for D40x.
