my first DSLR camera, budget 10 to 15K, used for taking photo for BB & outdoor .. Any suggestion...

Canon or Nikon Lens... which one is cheaper..?

Nikon D300+50/1.8

The cheap lenses of both brands are not quite ok for enlarging to 12R, but quite ok for ordinary photo-taking.

Cheap lenses of Canon I think quite outstanding in terms of price
1. 50/1.8 (0.6K)
2. 85/1.8 (2.5K)
3. 55-250 IS (1.6K)

Cheap lenses of Nikon I think quite outstanding in terms of price
1. 50/1.8 (0.6K)
2. 85/1.8 (2K)
3. 18-70 (2K)
4. 18-135 (2K)
5. 55-200 VR (2K)

In general, the cheap lenses of Nikon seems better than the corresponding lens of Canon in terms of price & performance.

Tks.. but D300 seemed too expensive if I want to have two lens..

Seemed Canon 40D is a better choice for me..

Any other idea?
