吹水閒聊
近日收到不少網友意見,指 DCFever.com「吹水閒聊」充斥愈來愈多粗言穢語、人身攻擊、誹謗等不理性討論。作為 一個以攝影興趣為主題的網站,此等漫罵式討論已超出 DCFever.com 設立討論區之原意。DCFever.com 呼籲大家以 攝影交流為目的作理性討論,並正密切留意事態的發展。

I bough a Casio DC six month ago, still within warrenty, it was mel-function while shooting, so I took it to Casio Service Centre ask for repair, they told me that there is a bump mark that cause the mel-function, and it must have fallen on the ground, so I have to pay the repair cost $13XX dollars, I told them that I rarely use the camera and was never fall on the ground, the bump mard was so find it barely can see, anyway after talking to the superviser and managress, and letters to and fro, even I send e-mail to Japan Casio head office asking for more objective opinion but fail, at last I sent the camera to the Chairman of the board of Casio in Japan and told he the whole fact.
After three week the camera sent back by kurier from Japan (I though it will gone forever), they repair my camera free of charge and attached a modesty letter say they are apoligize for I have been treated.
This story tells how consumer can previel while being miss treaedt by the so call authorized service centre,

I wanted to sent the copy of the letter to the managress of the service centre to show how their HQ in Japan treasured their customer, but come to think of the result, they maybe lost they face (or their job) because the HQ think otherwise, so I stop prolong the matter but to post on here to share my experience........

thanks for your sharing. If i were you, i will sent the copy of the letter to the

managress of the service centre. Let them recorrect their attitude and

behaviour, you may help anyone c hing to avoid encounter badly

experience as like you.

I think, at the end, they will lose more business by being unhelpful and wrongly rejecting reasonable requests. sometime you still should provide services to the customers even where it is an unclear case. otherwise, u lose business.

謝謝你分享經驗, 我未用過 Casio, 我想往後也不會用了, 因為我唔識日文, 英文也不好, 叫我怎樣投訴?而且去日本的掛號郵包也很貴吧!
