各位好.
我對相機一向都冇乜研究
所以睇完兩部機gei資料之後就知佢地好相似
但GRD II就冇得zoom, 而GX100就有得zoom
睇埋交流區呢, 好似GX100個鏡頭好鬆咁(可能我get錯^^")
而GRD II long exposure就好多noise
各有優劣所以我唔知揀邊部好

其實我主要係影風景, 平時又會snap下咁
因為我唔識set光圈同快門, 所以一開始會用自動先
跟住摸熟部機就學set光圈快門同構圖咁

我問d frds邊部好
佢地就話GRD II, 因為冇得zoom迫你一定要學構圖
跟住我想買果陣又有個frd話GRD II冇得zoom wor, 你諗清楚d好

咁多位師兄, 咁邊一部arm我多d呢?
GRD II冇得zoom會唔會唔方便呢?
據我所知GX100同GRD II係唔同level gei, 但係睇佢兩個spec又好似冇乜分別wor...咁其實佢地分別又係點呢?

因為幾千銀都唔係少野, 所以好多問題

我之前是gx100用家 ,後來trade了部gr2返來!原因有三:

1)gr2的noise控制比gx100好!

2)gr2使用內置鏡頭蓋,而gx100那個外置鏡頭蓋很麻煩!

3)gr2的成像比gx100好一點!

I think GX100 will suit you better because:

1) You mentioned a few times about zoom, so it must be a feature that you desire;
2) It is cheaper .... but be careful, its replacement model may come out in Sept.
3) 24mm wide is very good for travelling

For your information, I am currently using GRD II, but I had a GX100 before. The reason why I sold by GX100 was:

1) It was never my intention to use it as my prime camera, as I am waiting for my Canon 5D Mk II;
2) When Canon G9 came out, I bought because in terms of picture quality and features, G9 was better;
3) but for me, GRD II is the best because it is so simple to use. Although I still have my G9, it has never seen the daylight since I bought the GRD II

其實我咁care zoom係因為我一直都係用d有得zoom gei機
唔知冇得zoom會唔會造成好大gei不便因為我買左就係得呢一部機..

我唔係追新model gei, 所以只要質素同成像係好咁就ok gar lar~

兩位師兄都係用左GX100再轉GRD II
搞到我都十五十六唔知點好添^^"...

If money is not an issue, then just go ahead and buy the GRD II because if you bought GX100, you will always wonder whether you should have bought a GRD II. Whereas if you buy a GRD II and not happy with its performance, you can forget buying a Ricoh again :))

Basically I would recommend you GRD2, as I switch from LX2 to GRD2

no zoom really not a big deal for scenery photo
the biggest problem is only no more zoom marco for me....

but if you plan to use auto mode only then maybe GX will be better, GRD2's auto mode is just ok...
however it will be great for you to use it to learn about using Manuel mode

two reasons:
-GRD2 have a depth of view indicator
-even in M mode, you can still let the camera decide the correct exposure

and there is one problem:
GRD2 work real great in RAW mode, but in JPG mode...people suggest that if you don't shoot in RAW you may better choose GRD1 rather than GRD2
the JPG of GRD2 is just simply disappointing
OK for normal photo, unacceptably blur of long time exposure photo because of super strong noise reduction....

會唔會係晌夜晚或者long exposure GDR II處理出jpg先會出事呢?
因為我都就黎去旅行, 影咁多相一來會好大size二來返到來都冇時間處理咁多RAW~_~"...

normally the jpg is ok, but not great (compare to what it give on RAW)
and the long exposure... see for yourself

and have to make it clear, I DO RECOMMEND you go for GRD2
but just I hope you know what camera you are buying...esp the short side
because I found these out only after I bought it and it make me feel bad a couple of days....

but now I am a happy GRD2 user :)

Recommend GRD2 as well. Although I own the GX100 I think the pics of GRD2 stand out more.

You probably want to take a visit at this person's blog (he takes photos daily using GRD2 and Sigma DP1, and he used to take photos with GX100). Most of his pics are linked to the flickr pages where you can see the pic full size.

Personally - I think the Ricoh cameras arent too great for "Automatic" use (for example - GX100 - its flash tend to overexpose, and it doesnt have those fancy face detection features etc) - its nice features are the manual controls and interfaces (like AE lock, A mode, S mode, M mode etc) and its very enjoyable to use given its small size and, great looks.

for GRD2..I bought at Coxell .... one hundred cheaper than most other shops and it give four Gybe SDHC card...
Fortress is almost half a thousand more expensive....and give useless full length tripod which is too cheap to use for any purpose...

but highly recommend you buy GRD2 together with GH-1, and probably GW-1 (the 21 mm wide angle lens, real sweet quality)
because you will need GH to do all the filter and external lens things...

and buy together may give you more bargain power :)
