小妹最近買了V3, 但安裝了v3 software後, 用USB connect電腦時, 電腦無法讀取到部DC, 會不會是 software 撞了呢? (我已照足說明書指示啦!)
現時我是用window ME, 應怎樣解決呢?
請各位高人指教, 謝!謝!

I bought a IXY 320 (same as V3) 2 weeks ago and experienced the same problem as yours. I uninstalled the brower and reinstall again. During the installation, the computer will ask you which Canon DC you buy, I tick both V3 and 320 (I don't know this is related or not). Finally, it works! My computer can detect the DC up till now! Maybe you can have a try or else you can check if it is the proble of your USB plug or you may need to check with the shop you bought the V3.

hi, cleo. chk. the followings :
1) Are you using v3wia500en.exe for windows me ?
2) Is your USB port running perfectly with other USB device ?
3) cheungguest propose is a good shoot as well.
Lastly, I am not a V3 user but one of my colleague at work is using it. I may chk. with him tomorrow. Drop a mail if you still have problem.
