明知發惡唔好,不過有時真係唔發惡唔得架!
話說我部相機s9500之前壞過兩次,第二次果時收左我千幾蚊話換過個零件,點知整完都冇咩用過過左3個月又壞同一樣野,咁我梗係心有不甘,4月頭既一個深夜就用僅有既英文寫左封水蛇春投訴信去富士:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to complain the extremely poor performance of both your companys digital camera, FinePix S9500 and the repair service in Hong Kong. Appreciating the quality of the photos taken by your company's digital cameras, I bought my S9500 (Serial No.: xxxxxxxx) in around April 2006. I have had much nice experiences with it in which the photo quality of this camera was nearly comparable to that of DSLR.
However, the command dial was out of order in July 2007, it was so easy to discover, when I browsed around the Internet, a number of users claiming that there were also problems of the command dials of their S9500. But fine, as my one- year limited warranty was just expired, and I liked this camera so much, I paid $376 to replace a new part of the command dial (according to the receipt, the part is BU03065-300).
After repaired, it functioned well until Dec 2007, which was not more than half year later. It could not record photo into the memory card, and could not be switched off, so I took it to the repair centre again, after checked for a week, your staff told me that parts of my camera needed to be replaced and such parts had to be sent from Fuji Tokyo. Again, I trusted your company, so I paid totally $1097 to replace the parts CB1678-A101 and BU03117-100 and got back the camera in Jan 2008.
I can say that I am not a frequent user of the camera, I just use it for around 3 times a month, but today it is out of order again, with the same problem as last time, It cannot record photo into the memory card, and cannot be switched off. Isnt it too ridiculous that the same problems appear again in four months right after the parts are replaced with totally new one? I am too disappointed about this, I will not pay again to lengthen my Fujifilm cameras life for just a few months, especially when my another Canon digital camera is with me for more than four years but is still functioning well. I honestly doubt your companys repair service, such service is never be acceptable and reasonable.

之後富士有個張小姐就打來叫我再拎部機去整,大姐,又要我拎千幾蚊出來,唔係下哇!乜佢睇唔到我封信寫明我唔會再俾錢去整既咩!係佢唔識字定係我英文太差表達唔到呀?之後我梗係死都唔肯,過左幾日佢又打來同我講我可以拎部機去檢查,免收檢查費,至於維修費就要睇下係唔係真係壞同一樣野先,ok!我覺得都合理既,咁我就叫佢出封信或者電郵証明我係唔使俾檢查費,正所謂口講無憑!點知佢死都唔肯出,我問佢點解唔出,佢話「唔方便」!!!之後我唯有同佢講,佢唔出我都係唔會拎去檢查,我會搵消委會幫我手,叫佢同上司傾下遲下覆我,佢仲應承左我一個星期內覆添。如是者我一等就等左兩個星期都收唔到佢答覆,本來我都想自己打去,不過一直都唔得閒,唯有夜晚寫個電郵過去:
Dear Ms Cheung,
Thanks for your reply on 8 May 5:30pm, as per our conversation on phone, you have suggested me to take my digital camera to Fuji repair centre and pay $100 for a check-up. However, as I insisted, I would not pay anymore to Fuji, you agreed that I would have a refund for the inspection fee afterwards but you needed to wait until 12 May to reply me about my request of a email agreement for the refund. I feel terribly disappointed that I cannot receive any reply from you even today is already 23 May.
I am now request again for a satisfactory reply by next Tuesday, 27 May, I do need an explanation for the extremely poor performance of both your company's digital camera, FinePix S9500 and the repair service; also, your ignorance of my case.
To be honest, I have already consulted the Hong Kong Consumer Council, I believe my request of repairing my camera without charge or any further compensation is not unreasonable. If I have not received a satisfactory reply, or the case is still not solved until next Tuesday, I would formally complain to the Hong Kong Consumer Council.
I look forward to hearing from you, to be formal, I hope you would reply thru email, especially as I will not be in Hong Kong next Wednesday to Sunday.

我封信明明寫明要求佢5月27日之前好覆我啦,點知佢都係冇覆,終於等到六月頭佢覆我,我就問返佢係唔係會出封信俾我証明我可以免費檢查下部機,點知佢答:「我地傾過都係唔係咁方便呀!不過你信我啦!真係唔使俾錢架!」果下我真係火火火,其實我明佢都係打份工,不過佢個令我等左一個月既「唔方便」答覆真係令我無名火起,於是我就同佢講我唔想佢咁唔方便,我會經消委會要佢公司俾個正式既black & white 答覆我。
之後消委會果邊好快就幫我講掂左,阿富士張小姐死死地氣咁出左封信話我可以唔使俾檢查費,但要通知佢我幾時拎部機去邊間快圖美囉!咁我電郵話佢知,佢又老奉唔覆我,要我打去再問係唔係果日ok,真係唔知點做野架!再後來維修部都好老實,話我部機真係壞同一樣野!
如是者又等左成個月,上星期終於可以整返拎返部機,足足糾纏左5個月!不過今次部機換左零件之後變左日文,點解上次換完同一個零件都仲係中文?究竟上次有冇換架?!
其實人人都係打份工,真係唔想難為阿富士張小姐,不過佢既服務真係令我火火火,今次好彩都係有消委會幫手先攪得掂,真係令人對富士好失望!不過值得一讚係富士維修部個謝小姐,好有交帶又有文路,係要覆我就會準時覆我,呢d先係做野架!

after "Dear Sir/Madam,", you should use "Yours Faithfully", not sincerely :P

其實我真係有想過去佢上司度投訴, 不過又好似好衰, 攪到人冇左份工......
而且我睇好多師兄都話富士維修d態度係咁差, 點知佢係唔係成個office都係咁..............................
不過我post今次件事出來, 係想話比人知富士維修真係令人谷鬼氣lor, 買佢地d機之前要三思, 不過佢地差還差, 只要堅持一定可以取個公道既........不過係煩d同埋死唔少細胞..............
