小妹第一次在此留言, 長話短說。 我用緊 Cannon S30，用開ZoomBrowser Ex 去將相download落電腦，一直相安無事。 但昨天開始，一開 ZoomBrowser Ex 就會彈出
“you cannot open more than one database at a time. Close the database before open a different one” 及 “Please open or create another database using the database dialog which is accessd via the Database menu command”
無論open database 或 create new database 都唔得! 以前畫面左邊會例出所有相片既 folder, 依家係空白一片!! Uninstall ZoomBrowser Ex後再install過都係咁! 點算好呀?

i experienced this before.
but it was fixed when i reinstall it

are u using zoombrowser 3.xx?
upgrade it to 4.02!! it's free
the speed in much faster also~

bernardcheng, thank you for you advice ar!!
I have unnstalled Zoombrowser Ex and also deleted the whole folder "Zoombrower Ex" within the folder "Cannon", and install it again, now it is ok lar!!
I am now using 3.2 ar, if I upgrade to 4.02, should I need to back up the photos first? As I am saving the photos inside the "image library one' within the Zoombrowser??
