Some pictures were not fully written on the disk. Most area of the pic becomes grey colour, only can see a small part of the content. For more detail, pls check here:

Is this the defect of the camera? What should I do then?By the way, I'm using SM card with 128MB.

您的情况似係 card error。之前試過未？有冇換咭試？我試過一次係咁，因為係用usb過相而電腦 hang 機，張相落到電腦又係得一半。在咭內的都係咁。delete 晒之後，就未試過。

我試過 format 張 card, 但仍然有咁?情況出現。補充一?，當我用相機本身來play相看，一play到有問題的一張時，部機便hang?，如果去update個firmware會唔會好d呢﹖因而家部機?firmware係v588-77.Thanks your help!

I also think that the card inside your camera is out of order.
Please try to change another card and test it agian.

my 128m SM card has same problem，but other type card have not such problem

man24 - Firmware can be found in the exif info contained in the picture taken by the camera.

Finally I used another OM DC C-2040 to format the problem card and then put it back to 5050. Then took pictures to fully fill up the card and found out that all taken pictures were successfully written on the card.
