I am interest with the AZ1, 4MP, 2.8x, and I love it shape although a little big, selling for about $2000.00. But however, it is 2 years old, I don't know is it good enough for me to buy of not. Compare to F200, can anyone give me some opinion for which one should I choose?

lcclcc, I own a F-200 myself and I have used my friend's MZ1 before. MZ1 is an earlier model, spec. is almost the same as AZ1 but MZ1 is a 2MP model.

Here is what I think about MZ1-

Stength of MZ1 (compare with F-200)
1) User friendly, I especially like the adjustment ring at the back of the camera. It is quite easy to use
2) AA batteries
3) Saving speed is fast
4) CF Card
5) Able to capture "stars" in night scene

Bad things about MZ1
1) Menu is quite hard to understand
2) 2.8x zoom

Overall, if AZ1 is similiar to MZ1 and it is only $2000. I would rather pick AZ1 rather than F-200. (Sorry F-200, but I still love you)

If there are not so many new DC come out recently, it is very easy to make a decision. But the new DCs has become cheaper than before. However, I think that I will buy AZ1 rather than others. If AZ1 users can tell me more opinion would be better. Thanks.
