題目好有趣亦有新意，不過還題講證據。是否真的由田氏的廠包辦是第一點，縱使真的，還要看田氏的公司是否以合法的既定程序bit到單contract，如果都無問題，又不能指定他們以公濟私。

the bad is there is one less 'person with a heart' working in the gov't who get a little share of power.

side-opinion, i still don't like what lee-chek-yan said, welcome him back to the people, thinking himself (lee) being the leader of the people, but has he really done anything constructive and real good to the public besides all these shouting. i still remember his proposal of opening the 'yan yan restaurant', but where is it? he just cheap talk and do nothing.

and yes, people should open their eye wide to judge whats right and whats wrong, but not just listen to whatever another type of 'yau-sum-yan' said ar.
