I bought it in Broadway.... $2920 including 16MB and 128MB SD.... and can use 12-month no interest installment if using Manhattan credit card.
they just have the black colour in stock.....

I brought it yesterday in Mongkok. It costed me $2750, which bundled with 128MB card and factory carry case.

What I have found good:

1) Very quick start-up time with beautiful flashing light at front while turn it on
2) sharp LCD display even in dimm light situation
3) sequential (multiple) shooting mode (3 options) is very convenient and useful
4) can take more than 5 mins movie (fine, 30fts, 320) with 128 MB MMC card. If use normal mode with 15fts, it can take more than 10 mins movie. It's cool!

This is my first time to buy a DC. J1 seems to me not only good for first time user but also for those who want to take good pic and movie. It's movie capability is the best among the similar price product lines in the market

What I have fiund no good:

1) when turn to the "viewing mode" it has to pass through the on/off mode which made the lens open and close (it's useless actually)
2) no manual focus
