If you look for quality, go for EF-S10-22.

For 11-16, no overlapping zoom range.
So u have to change lens when shooting range between 17-22mm
Of coz, there is no problem if u don't mind

10-22 is my best choice, but how much is it ? money is my big big problem ....and, can anyone here give me more adivse about sigma 10-20.....拍成棟國金以一次影晒，用 ..16:9 的 window 楚睇晒.....
