After I used my 500D to shoot movies, I noted they are in MOV format which cannot be played in Windows Media Player and in my Sony DVD player.

In the Canon utilities disk, I noted there is a software named ZoomBrowserEX which I can convert the MOV files to AVI files. But still AVI files cannot be played in Windows Media Player and in my Sony DVD player.

What can I do?
