Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS 鏡頭裝在 50D 機身後無法使用周邊亮度修正（Peripheral Illumination Correction）功能，它表示沒有相關記錄資料可以啟動校正功能，屬正常嗎？是鏡頭太新沒有相關記錄資料 or 此鏡頭根本不需要此項功能？！請各ching幫忙，thx~

With the camera attached to your computer, launch EOS Utility>Camera Setting/Remote Shooting, there's an option to add the lens' data to the computer. Just find your lens and check the checkbox.

I had tried your method to connect the computer, but Canon EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS is not on list!!!

I'm using 5DII so I can't load up the EF-S list, but it should be there.. Which version of EOS Utility are you using? Make sure you have the latest version which is 2.7.3?

Thx ching! EOS Utility 2.7.3 have EF-S 18-135mm f/3.5-5.6 IS & EF-S 15-85mm f/3.5-5.6 IS USM to choose for Peripheral Illumination Correction function, thx a lot~
