If you have large apeture lenses 5D will give you shallower depth of field for portrait.

For higher iso low noise performance 5D will also be better than 1D2N as the sensor is larger and with higher pixel no even the pixel density of both are the same.

conclusion 5D will give you better picture quality if you take portrait.

Picture quality of course 5D1 is better than 1D2N
AF speed and response 1D2N wins a lot!

For landscape: 5D1
For sport: 1D2
