很多朋友都話定焦鏡影出, 有無ching可以講吓有什麼大分別呢? 我是新手, 現想買鏡, 想參考多點如何進手, 多謝幫忙.

Zoom lens is compromising the overall focal length...........
Therefore even a very good L zoom lens say 24-70 cannot be as sharp as a cheap cheap prime 50 1.8 at the same aperture.

最大影響係變形... 同一焦距例如24L/50L 同24-70 o既24/50mm比較... 變形o係一定勁d... 當然standard range相差會比較輕微... 但係wide鏡同tele 都會出現比較大o既分野...
另外定焦可以做到比zoom lens 更大o既光圈... 一般o黎講鏡頭最佳成像係o係最光大圈收2-3級... 咁相對同一光圈下定焦o既質素係更高...
定焦需要自己移前移後去幫助構圖冇zoom lens 咁方便...
想玩o下可以入支50.8 ($6xx)... 認真玩一段時間... 感受o下定焦適唔適合你...

One more thing that differ when I use 定焦VS變焦

變焦 ~ I will keep turning the zoom ring to try to get a better construction, but finally I missed the real smile from humans

定焦 ~ I get used to the angle of view and limitation of particular a.o.v . Then I know where my position should be and only move one to two steps. I can get more touching moment especially when people smile truely.

同意樓上講法 定焦小嘢搞就會小嘢諗 行兩步實快過扭嚟扭去 特別係當你用嚟習慣咗同一焦距你會好容易構圖 影出嚟有意想唔到既效果
當然有情況會定焦好而有情況會變焦好-如catwalk你總不能行前行後

My understanding is that prime is very good for standard to wide. Few steps could change your view. But tele lens shot is not an easy task in using prime unless you know what to take and distance is quite fixed and well known to you......tele zoom say 100-400 would be easier if you don't get used to the focal length

with prime
Concern ~ you can't step further
Birds ~ the lake was in front of you
Lions ~ you don't want to step more closer to get a great shoot

of course if you know well what you're taking, eg. birds
you will get a 500 F4 + 1.4x

所以我九成鏡頭都係呢個焦距
70-200最多一成 咁一碌過咪底D囉hahaha

你既講法係去到17mm vs 200mm既分別 講壓縮比都有分別 常講行幾步係標準鏡而言 無人用膠水痴住碌鏡同body 膠...........水呀 prime / zoom各有好處就是 而我自己出去影相唔趕時間就心情先缺 影function就一定zoom多 定焦要用多個body
